    Default 32 Bit Os

Does anyone know if dolphin cad 3d will run on the 32 bit windows 7 version? I'm having trouble with the 3d program and I'm not sure if I don't have enough video memory or it's because I only have the 32 bitt version of windows 7. If I have to upgrade to get a 64 bit version of windows I'll have to upgrade to Mach4 too.

Yes, 3DCAM will run on Windows 7, 8 and 10. It will run on 32bit or 64bit machines quite happily.

What problems are you having ?

3DCAM does require that it be run as an administrator, to accomplish this.

Right click the 3DCAM desktop icon and choose Properties > Compatibilty > Run as administrator.

You will only need to do this once.

Thanks for the answer. That will make things much easier for me.
The problem I have is my computer crashes when I try to run 3D on it. It has 32 bit windows 7, but uses the onboard video and only 2g of ram. I'm looking at upgrading my computer but I don't want to change my control software that will only run on a 32 bit system. I'm going to get a machine with windows 7 32 bit version, 8g of ram, 2Tb hard drive and at least a 3g processor. I still haven't decided what I'm going to do for a video card yet, but I won't be using the onboard video.
