DMMDRV inactive menus

Recently I got a DMM SERVO combo with DYN2 drive. I downloaded the latest (FE471) DMMDRV.exe form the DMM website. The software installed fine and I was able to connect, tune the settings and test the movement, however, I see some of the menus are inactive (gray). I am attaching a screenshot.
Do I need to install something else to enable them? Am I missing something?
