Lines on circle

I build a cnc wood router machine with leadshine servo motor with plenetry gear box and NK105G2 controller.
My problem is when i cut circle there is a line which is tool entering mark but exactly oppiste the tool entering mark there is one more line, which is not smooth. Please help me to solve this problem
