Default Does anyone recognize this machine?

I bought this CNC router table from a man named Kwang Kim, who had owned it for several years. The only info he had from the previous owner, was "they used it to cut aluminum". There are no labels, or other identifying marks anywhere on the machine. It is very well made, and possibly someone's prototype. It is constructed of mostly aluminum, with steel rails, and steel gear racks on the X, Y, and Z axis. (The Z axis is an acme screw drive). Please take a look at the photo, and chime in, with any info you may have about this machine. Thanks for any help! The driver electronics is a device called a TB6560, which Kwang had a printed manual for. I am seeking info about the mechanical aspects of the machine, specifically the toothed drive belts which drive the pinion gears. (Unknown belt sizes, gear pulley ratios, etc.)

Does it work? Lots of people here have struggled with those TB6560 drivers; most of them give up and replace them with something better. It doesn't look like a bad machine, though, as far as I can tell from your tiny picture. Are those round steel rails? Are they supported along their length?

pictures of the belt drive might help. but for the gear ratio just count the teeth on the timing pulley and you can probably figure that part out. the profile of the teeth on the pulley might offer some clues to narrow things down.

Yes, the driver does work. And the round rails are fully supported in an aluminum base which has been machined to cradle them.
