    Default Ballscrew help?

I just built a new machine with a 1605 ballscrew on the X axis and 2 1616 ballscrews for the Y axis. Will this be a problem? Or will they work out okay once i calibrate the steps? I didnt realize they were different when i bought them all

    Thank you

It's perfectly fine to have different ballscrews on X and Y. Steps, speed, acceleration and other parameters are set independently for each axis (at least for any CNC controller I have seen).

Badass that's good to hear. Thank you. Hopefully i can get it all set up and running okay. Otherwise the matching ballscrew is another 200$

Not sure if I missed what controller you're using but as an example, with Centroid you just type a different number into the "motor revs per inch/mm" spot for those axes. Super easy!
