If you're using a parallel port, there aren't enough outputs for 6 axis and a VFD. But you could add a second port and another breakout board.
Or go with something like an ESS with an MB3 breakout board, or a UC300ETH with a UB1 breakout board.
I bought a machine running on Mach3, and it has 2 Y axis drives, that are just daisy chained together off of the breakout board. As far as software is concerned there is only 1 drive. This makes it hard to square the gantry. I would just set it up as a slave drive, but its already a 5 axis machine, and the breakout board doesn't have room for another drive. So I'm trying to find a breakout board that can run 6 drives, plus a VFD spindle. I haven't been able to find out how to do this. Everything seems to be limited to 5 axis if it has VFD control built in. Any help with this would be greatly appreciated.

I'm currently using a UC100 to run my one board. Can I use another one to add a second board? or can I not run 2 of them at once?
No, only one UC100.
