I am currently using the Z axis lo limit p1b7 as an input for it but it went dead. I need to clean the computer and it's boards really well before I start moving it around. I am not sure if p1b0 to 4 are used on my installation. I do not see it's use in the ini file.

On mine I took what was set up for the probe switch and told it was Z limit lo.
I don't use the probe and the wire was already in place. I don't have limit switches currently, but will be adding them soon. I did add a switch to the ground to turn it off. I didn't want a static charge to zap my controller while cutting. I could be wrong in that line of thought.

Which channel is your probe switch on?

Never to careful with the wires going into the system.
