some parts already arrive need to recheck everything first before cut all the plate, and checking alu extrusion, looks like they cut the size really perfect within 0.1mm.
and i got vacuum table for size 300*400 around 400usd that i can use air compressor with it no need vacuum

today assembling Y axis rail and allign it together to 0.0001'' and i put some sand in static part(base) still thinking should iput something in moving gantry such as expanding foam to reduce the vibration

Hi Team - Why solve a perceived problem before its a problem? There's lots of routers built out of extrusions and they have no vibration issues so only solve problems that exist.

Plus why have your columns dog legged? The loadpath is from the top to the bearings so this is where material should be. To reduce weight put a hole in it but its best leave edges straight? Peter

thanks for suggestion yeah i already fix it, the problem is i already order extrusion that length and i have no idea where to cut it now to get to nice tolerance compare to factory cut

done assembly my gantry, all measurement is accurate to 0.005-0.01mm pretty nervous since its my first time design and making own cnc
and just curious will my 2x 400watt servo can handle my gantry that i calculate around 100kg-120kg total with spindle

making my own nut holder and its pretty accurate and no binding when moving axis and today also installing my Delta 400w servo with brake for z axis im not satisfied with the mount but yeah will improve and integrate with the axis holder together when finish this since i already dissamble all part from old machine

latest picture for my build the atc spindle is used i bought for 800 usd which got good tolerance around 0.004mm by testing using 300mm bar and the weigh tof z axis around 30kg which i use with 400watt servo with 1:2 ratio
