Surplus 20mm Hiwin from Automation Overstock, because they were cheap.
I've been searching around manufactures websites. Hiwin, THK, SKF, & Igus. There are a lot of options available.
Which did you pick (make & model) for your build and why?

Well I did not have a personal build yet but can say this; at work it would be possible to find tools that use all or nearly all of those brands for various linear motion needs. It comes down to fitting the hearing tech to the application at hand. Given that I mostly see HiWin and THK. In a CNC router, using squarish profiles I really don’t think brand makes a huge difference.
Note I said “squarish” because there are all sorts of profiles on offer for linear rail solutions. Some rails are very wide and thin leaving then little in the way of application in large routers.
Hiwin, thk or similar. After 5 machine builds this is my choice. And be sure to get the seal/wiper ends for the bearing blocks to keep the dust out of the bearings. Round rod with ball bushings, not rigid enough. Round rod or pipe with ball bearing rollers wear flats on the rods and become inaccurate.
Best of luck
