Well the first thing here is do you want a bevel or a 2mm radius round over.
Either way check with the metal working suppliers. Travers, MSC, McMaster-Carr, Grainger are just a few of the possibilities.
I am looking for a router bit that will put a ~2mm radius round over on a piece of sheet aluminum. Can someone point me in the right direction? I am struggling finding anything with a google search. It may be that I am just using the wrong words.

That you, that helps. I guess bevel wasn't the term I was looking for.
Looks like corner rounding end mill is the term you're after.
They tend to be pricey, if you don't have much to do you might be able to get away with a round over router bit.
I use carbide tipped roundover router bits in all metals including SS and tool steels. They work great and they're cheap at least compared to corner rounding endmills.
