I Have i problem with my cnc it's start to make
an extra cut in every cut i make
i tried to fix it but no luck so
i need your help plaz to fix it
Where is the top of the material? Look at the end of the G code file. I always edit my programs as I get several extra lines that my post processor adds in, especially a G28. The G28 will take it to the home position. Looking there may help you find the problem. Being able to read a code file by sight will put you way ahead of the curve. Try writing a simple path and see. Lots of fun.

i tried to fix the G code but i had the same problem
so today i cleaned the stepper moter and now it's work fine .

AHA The old missing steps trick. I didn't think about that. I have a Bridgeport Boss 5 with NEMA 35 motors and don't have a missed step problem. Unless I try to move to fast.
