3040 Router plans/blueprints

Can anyone point me in the right direction to find a set of the plans for the 3040 router frames that are coming from China. I quite like the design but I would prefer to make a my own instead of buying a ready built frame. I have had a good scour of the internet but I cant seem to find any.
