Default 4th axis plans or kit

Looking for plans (other than crank organs) for a 4th axis. Or a reasonably prices kit or retrofit. I have a moving table on my cnc router

What kind of z clearence do you have? How heavy are the parts you are to machine? What controller are you using?

I ask these since I designed and "had built", a 4th axis.
I "had built" because I don't have any metal working tools. I will be glad to give you the plans if they will work for you but I need to know these three parameters since it might not work for you.

    Default 4th axis

11 inches of Z clearance. parts would mostly be wood (light)
Controller is "aftermarket" from campbell running three gecko 210 currently

I'll try to post a jpeg of it tonight and see if it is what you want.
