    Default motor Nema

I am developing a plate to be able to adapt at least 3 "Nema" motors. In this case I am using the Nema 23, Nema 24 and Nema 34, because this plate will serve to construct an axis of a cnc where the engine will follow the movement of the axis. As you must know, the engine must have a system adjustment so I can put on a belt to make the movement. My question is, can I be sure that the system adjustment in the future will get loose?

I did 3 pieces but I do not know what the best solution for my problem

In video 1, the motor rotates by raising and lowering the shaft. With this movement I can’t guarantee that the shaft is centered in the plate because I may need to adjust the belt. However, I can guarantee that after adjusting the motor, it will not mess with the movement.

In video 2 the engine is fixed to the plate. The plate is the one that is adjusted.

In video 3 the motor is adjusted in a small vertical movement. But the motors are positioned on angle, locking in the adjustment of the engine by a screw.

I don't see the videos you're referring to, but yes, there are various tensioning methods one can use with timing belts and motor-mounted pulleys to ensure they work correctly. Yes, most of them will need adjustments over time as they work loose from machine vibration. As well as moving the motors, you can also use a third pulley for tensioning, sometimes this is the easiest way to go.
