Sorry, I haven't posted in a while. I finally got around to welding a newer/more heavy-duty gantry for my CNC router and thought I'd share the pix below. A friend of mine, who operates a large floor mill, was able to help with machining of the gantry. In the next post, I'll post the most recent video of this thing routing CNCZone.com in cursive.
