Default Problem with lines when enraving acrylic - CNC router

    Dear friends,

I have problem with lines when engraving acrylic. I'm using V bit 0.3mm angle 30 deg (half angle15 deg) Stepover 50% (0.15) Spindle speed 17000rpm, feed rate 25mm/s, plunge rate 10mm/s.
The problem is when it continues engraving of the same area.

I'm sending pictures to see what kind of problem is.

Please give me some sugestion how to solve problem.

    Tnx,

I'd use a single flute end mill instead of a V-bit to engrave that. There doesn't appear to be much fine detail that would warrant using such a fine pointed V-bit. The single flute end mill should give you a much better finish.

What CAM software are you using? I get very similar results when using the Quick Engrave toolpath in Vectric software using a diamond drag bit.

Tnx, I will try this . Is possible that problem can be in the graphic card or software?

Can't see how it would be video card, and unlikely it's the software (CAM you mean I assume?)
Are you talking about all of the lines in the engraving or just the darker/lighter parts like in the nose in you picture? The different shading of the parts of the nose and other places looks like your Z height isn't exactly the same time it's going retracting and going back. Is there much backlash on your Z? Might be lost steps as well.

Material is fixed well. There is a problem in the thickness of the material. There is a difference of +/- 0.1mm in thickness material. Engraving depth is 0.3mm.
