I am cutting 10mm Coroplast board and not getting good results, I have tried many combinations of settings and bits but but continue to get messy edges on the vertical "fins" in the middle of the board (especially on inside curves). Would anyone mind sharing the feeds, speeds, bit type, and cut depth for this material?
As for corrugated plastics, never machined such but can't imagine it being easy. The primary problems being work holding and the varying load on the cutter leading to vibration.
I have researched the Donek drag knife but i havent had the chance to purchase one yet, but from what I can tell these are the way to go I'm just not ready to do that yet.
ive had the best success with a single edge blade, as long as im cutting straight lines, too much of a curve and i run into issues of breaking the blade, i prefer to use a double fluted multi purpose bit (from cut guru), but the cut isnt as clean as it is with a blade
