I've bought CNC engraving machine (2.5 kilowatt, 3D, 60x90 table, 2400 RPM). So I tried to engraving in copper and brass plate 1,5 mm thickness. But met a problem of bits broken. Then tried to engrave with 8-12 times engraving deep, result was same as before, bits broken. Bits size was 3.175 x 20-30⁰ x 0.1-0.2 flat engraving bits. Engraving travel speed was around 1 mm/sec. Machine program is ARTGREW & CNC studio.
Now I am looking for good qualities knife or bits for metal and found your company.
Please let me know of your product information with price specially 3 face engraving bits for metal. I will glad if you send me engraving video which using your bits and some advise.
Probably your CAM process, I can cut anything on our 6090 CNC using only a concrete nail as a tool bit (custom sharpened) are you sure the spindle speed is only 2400 RPM? not 24000?
