Default Maho 600 c rotary table

    Hello !

Im new here, so hello to everyone!

Recently I bought used cnc machine maho 600 c.
The problem is that the rotary table (B-axis) doesnt work correctly.
When you want to turn the table for some amount of degrees, he turns and then suddenly stops before than he should and all the motors turn of.
On the screen says : "B 04 Max. following error too large".

    I think that the constants for B-axis (N 350- N 400) are not correct.

So if anyone has this machine and can send me those constants, I would be very thankfull.

Make sure the "b" axis clamping cylinders are releasing. check if there is any mechanical binding. check that the "b" axis motor is secure and the mounting bolts of the motor thightened.

it could be a constants problem or an encoder or the cable between the encoder and the drive. i'm attaching a list of constants from a 500C with a rotary axis.
I also attached a list from an 800C. Hope it helps, if not shout

Hi, the error says the difference between actual position and programmed/expected position is too high. Are there any other alarms ?
