Probems with MAHO Grazinao 432T

Hi,

Recently we bought CNC lathe with Maho 432T operating system. I am trying to run it but there is some problems with it i keep getting some errors and i dont know how to fix it. Maybe somebody who works or know can help me.

1. problem
I keed getting E25 and E13 every time i run it. I can turn on machine run hydraulic, make reference and then i get this error as i understand there is something with tailstock but i dont realy find what.

2. problem
yesterday when i turned on machine i get error O23, O23 and i cant do anything (cant turn on drive, hydraulic, make reference,....) it comes after machine starts up and i cant reset it.

Maybe somebody knows is there technical support still available for these machines? Maybe somebody knows who they are? Also maybe somebody have maintenance manual for this machine?

i solved this problem when changed battery. But after this i had to add machine constants because when battery dead all memory was lost.
