Hello everyone,
a CNC milling machine was purchased. During the deployment, it turned out that the battery on the computer had run out. Replaced the battery. When moving to zero all axes, the power section of the spindle rotation drive failed. Replaced the power unit. At the moment, there is a problem with the fact that at low speeds (1-10 revolutions) the spindle rotates noticeably with jerks. There is access to machine constants. The wrong motor type has been detected in parameter 4400. The last letters in the model description have a difference. We set the correct engine type in parameter 4400. The jerks are clearly less, but they have not disappeared at all. As I understand it, it is necessary to adjust the parameters of the so-called closed loop of the motor 4401-4420 - gain, integration time, etc. The problem is that this is my first experience in setting up a CNC milling machine. Only documentation with diagrams and parameter descriptions is available. What software, parameters, connections can be used to set the correct movement of the spindle drive at commissioning? Any help would be welcome. Maybe someone has service manuals or instructions for this model?
