millplus IT machine accuracy adjustment

Hello everyone, I have one DMG DMU60monblock with Millplus IT control, we want to Milling into a circular arc at the red line of photos, but final we got edges and corners...we believe there have some parameter need correct to strengthen the quality of surface processing, have anyone could teach us what's parameter need to correct?
