MAHO MH 300 C doesn't respond (Matrix monitor)

Hi

Just bought me a MAHO MH 300 C that worked when it was loaded at the seller but when I unloaded it, plugged it in then it didn't respond to any inputs, the screen showed matrix-like pixels and the hydraulic won't start.
Does anyone have a clue on what can be the problem?
I've checked all the fuses (I think) and cables, disassemble the controll and checked the wires, found no problem there.

Anyone have any suggestion on what I can check, I have no clue on what the probleme could be.
Can it be some glass fuse on some board that could couse this problem that I could have missed?

I tried change the phases several times with no results.
