I have all the manuals for deckel fp42nc what exactly do you need and what problems are you having

Actually i have ovehalled this machine regarding to failure of 4th axis after this i found that when you try to move the 4th axis the controller stop after random rotation and then failure sign9(the circuit open sign) apears at the left side of each axis in display and stop working!!
as for your information my job is cnc retrofit and overhall,but i lost my deckel manuals for dialog 4 and this machine have not any more.

I have one CNC machine. Complete detail with model is given below:

Machine Model: 64V Linear.

Machine Maker: Deckel Maho

Machine controller: Heidenhein iTNC530

In this machine I m facing one problem of I leak Led at power supply UV 123. That problem solved and now I have new alarm on the machine.

When I ON the machine and after complete CNC system booting. Machine gave “relay ext. dc voltage missing”.

When I ON the drives the all drives gave READY green LED. But after few seconds all drives off and machine at LCD screen gave alarm of

C3B0 Motor X does not rotate or some times it’s gave C380 Motor X not controllable.


Please give me the technical guidance to resolve my problem. Drive model is UM113.

I have no any manual and electrical drawing.

I replaced a damage bosh servo drive on Z axis Deckel FP4cc with dialog11 control cnc , but I can't setting new servomotor drive . I must adjust offset or following error but I don't have any manual for Dialog 11 and Bosch ac motor Drive .

Hi ,

I have located a Deckel FP4NC , with Dailog 4 control, the m/c is lying in w/h , can't be inspected under power, bcoz m/c requires 380v supply, while here is 415v , he doesn't have a stepdown transformer.
In the worst case , considering the old control , i am not very sure it will work properly , neither it will be possible for me to get a proper support in India , getting a support from overseas is a expensive matter , which the m/c doesn't justifies.
my question is " If control has some problem , can I run the m/c full manually, bypassing the control ?

I HAVE A DECKEL FP4A AND YOU HELPED ME IN THE PAST WITH VALUBLE INFO ON THE RS 232 INTERFACE ON MY CONTOUR 2 CONTROL.
I HAVE SORTED ALL AND JUST LOVE THE MACHINE. SUCH QUALITY MACHINES IF YOU TAKE GOOD CARE OF THEM.

I WOULD NOW LIKE TO DO A 4TH AXES INTERFACE AND NEED MORE INFO.
I WAS LUCKY TO BUY A GOLDEN SUN ROTARY TABLE WITH A MITSUBISHI HA80NT E30 SERVO MOTOR.
IT IS 3 PHASE AC SERVO.

CAN YOU TELL ME WERE TO LOOK FOR THE 4TH AXES CARD TO SEE IF MY MACHINE HAS ONE INSTALLED.
THERE IS NO SERVO AMP FOR 4TH AXES IN MY MACHINE I BELIEVE.
WHAT SIGNALS DOES THE CONTOUR 2 CONTROL OUTPUT TO THE AMP?

I KNOW IT IS A LONG WAY OF FOR ME BUT I NEED TO START SOME WERE.

Hi,
I have deckel fp4nc and can't run it. Have you still this service manuals?
My problem is that i have error 2302 emergency stop. All e-stops are ok. I checked whole circuit of e-stops and only relay in the computer no work. If i bridge this relay manually i can run steering all servos are green but computer still see emergency stop and i can't move any servo.
