I have loose BIOS parameters DMU 70 V 1998 MILLPLUS V330

Hello

Sorry for my English but i'm French.

I have a DMG DMU 70V from 1998 using MILLPLUS V330 (Philips control) and i had a problem with the RAM memory. The technician said to me to put off the EPC-8 card and to leave the lithium battery to empty the memory.
But he didn't said that, I will loose the BIOS parameters.
Now i have problems to find all the informations and because i start my business, i have not enough money to paid a DMG technician to repair it.
I hope i can find here somebody who have the same machine and can give me photos of his BIOS parameters to copy that in my machine.

Please help me, I'm very in trouble!!!

I have the exact same problem on exact same machine, 8 years ago but I am gettin desperate, found on a french forum that you solved it by reinstalling software.
How did you get the discs?
I have been trying to get help from DMG in sweden for 5 months but they just dont care to answer, the just ignore me.
