DOOSAN DMV 3016Ld Lubricant Recommendations/Help

Hello,
Our shop has a Doosan/Daewoo DMV 3016Ld CNC mill and we currently use Mobil Vactra Oil No. 2 for lubrication. Unsure if it's supply issue related, but can't seem to source this oil currently: have two active orders, both backordered until April at the earliest.
Closest I've found as an alternative was Mobil way oil, SAE grade 30, ISO grade 68, but worried that since our current lubricant is SAE grade 20, there will be some machine issues/etc.
Anyone have a similar machine? If so - what are you using?

Other info: tried contacting Doosan for recommendations as well, no word yet. Did find Shell Tonna T 68 oil - doing more digging to see if that's something that will work.

Shell Tellus 68 would work ok.
