Q setter won't stay up

1997 Puma 200. I discovered the previous owner had removed the power wires to the q setter arm. I reattached the wires and the arm travels down with M80 and up with M81. The problem is after the arm is raised with a M81 and 15 seconds go by. The arm lowers by itself and I get an alarm code.

Does anyone have an idea why the arm would lower on its own after a programmed M81? If I push the arm up manually and clear the code the arm will stay up. It only falls down after a M81.
