Default Daewoo Puma 230M - X axis overload

    Hello!

We moved our Daewoo Puma into new place. Now when we start it up, the Alarm shows 409 - x axis overload.
Overload is like 180% , but we dont know why. Machine didnt fall or anything when we move it.
What can cause that problem? We checked spindle on X axis and it's ok.

    Best regards,

    Sribar

Check the terminals on the motor and make sure it hasn't come loose. I had the same issue and was told it was a faulty drive. Turns out the terminals were loose. Saved 7K on a new board.

Thank you for answer. Can you tell me where is that terminal on the motor?
