Doosan 700 XLM turrent alarm 2119 help

I have a problem with a Doosan 700 xlm with the turrent alarm 2119 index overtime
after a bit of troubleshooting I found in the plc program that if I am in eg position 1 it shows right on the panel but plc thinks it is position 3
my question is how to synchronize the data so they show the same ?

The instructions are on the servo turret parameter page. Three quarters of the way through the BLUE BOOK.
The BLUE BOOK is in a pocket welded into the inside of the electrical cabinet door.
