is the interference zone's parameters properly set?
Can you jog the B to the location desired while using the handwheel?
Dear friends.
Asking for help.
Please tell me who has encountered Doosan (Daewoo) Puma TT2500sy. Fanuc 18i.
I was wrote a two little programs for upper and lower turrets.
Its all right.
But after finish of producing a part, I need to pull the stockbar with second spindle.
If Z2 in reference point I can move the B-axis, but in this case I can't to reach the bar by seconde spindle. So I need to moove Z2 axis closely to main spindle, moreover, the cutting cutter present on the lower turret.
So. I use, as in manual
Upper turret in the reference point.
B-axis in the reference point too.
Lower turret - not in the reference point
.....
M169 (OPEN CHUCK 2 SPINDLE);
M86(TORQUE SKIP)(it will need later);
M131(ALLOW MOVE OPENED SECOND CHUCK - ON);
M502(Z2 REPOSITION TO PREPARE FOR CUT - DONE); (in the another file)
M170(INTERFERENCE TO UPPER TURRET CHECK - OFF);
G0 B10. (MOVE SECONDE SPINDLE TO DEFINED POINT); - And here STOP.
(In fact B-axis try to move. Travel +- 1,5mm and stop)
The small red lamp onthe panel is ON. But the Alarm or Messages screens are empty. So I even cant to understand what it want from me.
Please help.
