Default Puma 2600Y II Fanuc 0i-TF Pulse handle

    Hi,

Pulse wheel works ok to - direction, but when rotating to + direction movement is not smooth, machine stops suddenly and then starts to move again.
Position is ok but movement is not smooth.
There is 4 wire's coming back to pulse wheel, they seem to be ok when shaking.
    Wire's are marked A,B,0V, +V
What could be reason....new pulse wheel or some card problem ?

    Thanks,

    GB

Confirm pinout and voltages though the MPG by using the appropriate drawing for B31 or B32 setup

If further assistance is needed, call my cell 973-803-9479
