doosan lynx 2100 lsya turret unclamped

I have a new (2020) doosan lynx 2100 lsya

i had a tool sticking out to far toward the sub spindle and when it went to clamp it couldn't
the tool has been removed so there is no interferance
but still have the following alarms
2146 servo drive overheat
2118 turret clamp/ unclamp
does anyone know of the procedure to reset the machine

dhardt thanks for the opportunity to give you a call i appreciate it very much
able machine got back to me and did a good job of helping me out

1st attempt was E stop then try and move the turret by hand
2nd attempt was change a keep relay to activate the turret to un-clamp move the turret sightly and re clamp the turret this worked very well

Hi, we have a doosan lynx 2100 lsy. What was the procedure you used when you changed the keep relay? We are currently waiting on someone we know at able to get back to us and we are sorta dead in the water currently.

Nickbabz I'm not at work at this time but will be at work sat. morning where i can get you the procedure

I think that the keep relay is k8.3
if it's a 1 change it to a 0
if it's a 0 change it to a 1
Not sure which one it will be ?
the turret should un-clamp
put the turret as close as possible to the correct position for clamping
if it doesn't clamp try it again
then change the keep relay back to the original setting
