Alarm 2010 Fanuc 18-T, Suggestions?

Daewoo Puma 200S running a Fanuc 18-T, machine ran fine the night before and the next morning we get a 2010 alarm "Spindle Rotation Is Abnormal". Power it off and restart it doesn't help, the hydraulic pump will come on and run about 5 seconds then shuts off. Any suggestions? Thanks!

Check incoming voltage. Also check for popped breakers.

Check 24v supply if hydraulics shutting down possibly due to lack of signal that they are on.
The encoder requires 24v to activate as well
