Mv3016L 2089 atc interlock alarm

Question for who may can answer and help out? Thank you in advance!! The arm on my mill Doosan MV 3016L fanuc series oi-mc went to grab the tool holder and grabbed the coolant line with it.. It caused a "2080 atc interlock" alarm.. I pulled cover off to move arm manual to pull holders of which i did. Tried to line up arm perpendicular .. On bottom its straight when move to the top its a bit off and i get the "NO. 2109 machine lock on condition" alarm anybody has any idea on how to get alarms off
