Default Doosan DNM Series Large tools

    Hello,

Is there anyone out there that could post detailed instructions on tool management for calling the adjacent pockets empty on a Fanuc Oi D control or similar for loading large tools?
A video would be even better if anyone knows how and has time.

I read the manual and did some searching, but I am leery to load a large face mill and have it crash in my tool magazine.

    Thanks for reading!

    For Large Tool -

Go to your tool management page in the EOP.
Pockets on either side of "large" tool must be renamed "0"
Large tool itself must be renamed "70" or higher.
Large tool is now committed to that pocket.

If I rename a tool do I need to record the changes I am making? Seems like T 0-30 P 0-30 could get very messed up if I loaded 10 large tools, or do they reset themselves?
Also under tool management I have to hit E-Stop to edit data, found that out somewhere.

You could either record the pot number or go into Tool Management and "initialize" the matrix which would put everything back to it's original state.
