Doosan DNM400II Error DS0306 and DS0300 - HELP!!!

DNM400II shows Errors DS0306 (Battery Voltage 0) and DS0300 (Neef Ref Return)

I accidentally shut the machine off before changing the APC alarm battery (which was changed only a few months ago before this happened).

I have a full backup with options from when the machine was intially installed.

What do I need to do to resolve this????

I have an email into my local service center but if I can get this done today, that would even better.
