Can anyone tell me the reliability , up time and service issues with a large Doosan Horizontal
600mm thru 1250mm

I saw this on Saturday, when you posted it, but wanted to give others a chance to reply. I also didn't want you to feel you were not being responded to, so I'm checking in, now.

I work for Doosan Machine Tools America, as Field Service, Customer Support, and as the Assistant Manager of Service Training.

I believe that we have great reliability and uptime, and address any service issue quickly and professionally.

...but obviously, my opinion could be seen as biased, so I hope other will reply...with any stories, good or bad, that can assist with your decision.
