Default cut 3d and rotary axis

hello all, i am considering purchasing cut3d and have a few questions. first, can cut3d resize stl images. and second, can i use it to cut a cabriole leg on a rotary axis. i am wanting to buy this 3d image LEG3 - Cabriole Carved Leg for Table - Carver3D and be able to cut on my 4 th axis. im not sure how this works as i am definitely a greenhorn when it comes to this. any input on what i will run in to would be appreciated. thank you so much for your input bill

I can't answer whether Cut3d will do exactly what you're asking, but you can download a trial version good for 30 days. It won't output any code other than for their tutorial parts, but you could see if the desired functionality is in it and I suppose you could simulate the cuts.

If you haven't already purchased Cut3D, you may want to look at the hobby license of DeskProto. Deskproto has multiple 4 axis toolpaths available.

However, if you plan on making money from the parts you'll be cutting, you can't use the Hobby license
