    Default Letters/Fonts look great on screen but look terrible when cut

    I am using Cut2d to generate Gcode & DFX files. This happens in both KCam & Mach3. Can anyone tell me how to fix this?

    Try slowing down, looks like you are losing a lot of steps -or cutting by hand.

    Also make sure your using the correct post processor. If none of this works, provide more information. Machine info, speed, maybe even send the g-code.
