RichAuto A11E - Dead?
I have a Rich Auto A11E that drives my Laguna woodworking CNC. Haven't had any issues with it until now.
I disconnected the handheld controller to install a longer cable.
When I start the controller normally, it starts its load cycle but freezes at 93%.
When I start the controller while holding the Origin/OK button, it starts a seemingly different load cycle but freezes at 40%.
When I start the controller while holding BOTH the Origin/OK button and the Stop/Cancel button the screen just says "Flash Disk Mode".
I tried reverting to the old cable, as well as tried starting the controller with and without a USB drive inserted.
I saw videos online about updating the software, so I downloaded the latest from Download Beijing RichAuto S&T Co. Ltd, but I can't go to the Emergency State menu that would allow me to install the new software.
Is it bricked? Thanks!

Copy firmware update to root of USB not exceeded of 8Gb, formatted as FAT32
Turn off DSP
Holding green and yellow buttons, turn power on. You don't need turn whole machine, DSP works well after connected to PC instead of printer via lower USB type B socket.
Firmware update must start automatically.
