X axis code

Hi I have a Syntec controller and I am getting a error on the x axis 21.1
But the x axis is not moving it is moving in Y so I think there is a connection issue?

when you press Y axis key ,check if X axis moving . if press Y ,X axis moving ,check the single cable connection etc .

we found a bare wire grounding out sorry I dont get on here to much to update
