Any of the CNC Drive ethernet controllers, or an ethernet Smoothstepper.
If you don't already have a Mach3 license, then I'd go with UCCNC and a CNC Drive controller instead of Mach3.
I need a motion controller for my cnc router. I am going with the ethernet controller UC300ETH-5LPT from CNCdrive. Is this the right card to use with Mach3?

all development on Mach3 ceased six years ago. I use and recommend Mach4 and Ethernet SmoothStepper.
