Software of CNC spray wood door machine

Hello every one! I am a student and doing final project.

I want to built a software control CNC spray wood door machine. It allow users fill input likes length of X,Y, step of move and spray speed. The software will generate G-code for board Mach3 to operate machine. Do its possible ?.
What do I must do . Help me !

The software can be created by C# ? and need the any library of CNC
