i need help in cnc

i have changed my cnc dsp from richauto Rznc to richauto a11 and i need hep how to attach limit switch sensors also after i test machine it work and move good in all axis and spindle on/off as well but after i switch off electricity spindle turn on by itself for 5 sec so how i solve this problems and how i connect new sensors
