Obviosly you should connect it with both green and yellow buttons pressed, It turns internal memory to be connected to PC as USB card.
New removable disk will open. Copy pkg file there, reboot unit and try flash it with internal upgrade procedure

1. Save a copy of the current handle configuration before you do anything
2. See their Facebook page to see how to set it from Chinese back to English after an upgrade (if this happens to you too :-))

It's should be Jery Jiang, relation and support responsible person. He don't like to give support to any end customer.
Obviously he'll tell you it's your problem, because you not buy DSP directly from Ritzahong.

I flashed my A11 from the image there and then had to figure out how to set the handle to English. Their Facebook page has instructions on how to do this.
