Book on machining composites / carbon fiber?

Hello, I'm looking for a decent reference book on machining composites, specifically carbon fiber. If anyone can recommend one, that would be great. Thanks so much!

Onsrud makes the best cutters as far as I am concerned. You can get a lot of info from their catalogs. As all my experience cutting composites it has all bee self taught on the job.
