Default Cutting polycarbonate with Epilog Fusion Pro

We have a Fusion Pro and we're trying to cut some vectors in 0.1in polycarbonate. Originally we ran it at 100% power and didn't make it all the way through after 3 cycles but after doing some more googling we ran it at 30%. We ran two full cycles and couldn't get all the way through either.

Here are images of the cuts and the software settings. Obviously the discoloration is a problem we'd like to solve but how many cycles should we expect to un before cutting all the way through?

    Many thanks in advance

    Joe
