Hello, do you still have the same questions?
Hi,
I have A BLC BM 120W Laser with a Ruida controller.
Problem:
Over 13mm mm/s I get current up to 32 mA on 100% setting
Under 13mm/s I can only get up to about 18 mA
Very odd, and of course Bodor support cannot awnser the question.
I have changed out both laser supply and tube still the same problem.
Anyone experiancing the same or knows how to fix it ?

I leave this answer as teaching for new users of laser machines.
Speed has nothing to do with mili Amperes. The amperes have to do with the power of cutting or engraving, which is measured in percentage on the Watts of the tube.
What I mean is that you can use the same mA at different speeds.
If I use, for example, a speed of 20 mm / s and a power of 75%, I will have the same amperage as if I use a speed of 5 mm / s and a power of 75%.
Regards!
