What material are you cutting? MS? SS? what thickness? Your tip may be clogging because your standoff is drifting down to the table. If that is the case, you may have an issue with the lower cone assembly being dirty. CI can help you with cleaning it. I'd guess the tip is hot too (blueish)?

is the cut orangish or blue? If it looks like it is a bit orange than you probably have O2 leaking past the shuttle valve (one way valve) and mixing in with the N2. Test by shutting off you O2 assist gas bottle, purge out the gas line by selecting N2 for about 5 min. then cut, if the cut is back to good replace the shuttle valves attached to the piping in the z plate (to the left of the head), should just replace the assist gas solenoids too while your at it.

what is the condition of the lens drawer seals, they can be worn and leaking the N2. you can check by removing the head cover. placing your finger over the tip and then turn on the n2, may want to overide the gas down in psi maybe to 50. Then while fingure is covering tip and n2 is on place other hand in front of the lens drawer and if you feel a breeze(wet your fingers), replace lens seal (white ones at the bottom of the lens holder)
