hello there guys. i have been working on our old trumpf lasercell1005 5 axis machine and am having some real trouble with cutting thin material using nitrogen. 7
The lense and head are all aligned and the beam is central. the nozzle is correct and the focal point is correct. what i am having trouble with is on the corners of sharp edges. our machine seems to no have the parameters correct when ramping down the laser power when coming to a change of direction and is burning the very corner of the material.
does anyone have any insite as to where i can find and activate/ modify the Analog Power Control parameters.
I have seen something about sprintlas online but cannot seem to find anything about this feature in our software / machine.
I am using 0.7mm zintec material using 1mm stainless steel settings.
bellow is a section of the program i am running. but in the offline programming TruTops i cannot seem to find any information about this analog power control/ power ramping/sprintlas anywhere.
There is nothing in the manuals i can find either. i have seen it online with 3-axis flat deck machines but am not sure if the 5-axis machines have this feature.
